If you ordered a 31M/B, 41M/B, or 43 M/B Series appliance, confirm that each box comes with the following components:
Most models do not ship with a miniDP to DP adapter. Only appliances with serial numbers beginning with sn6 will receive a miniDP to DP adapter.
If you ordered a 31E or 33R Series appliance, confirm that each box comes with the following components:
You may also have received Amogh Cameras. Each camera will be individually boxed with a set of waterproofing grommets and mounting screws. For alternative mounting options, check out our article on Camera Mounting Accessories.
For every Amogh AI install, you will need a laptop with internet access to set up your Amogh AI Dashboard. However, depending on your individual organization's needs and existing equipment, there may be other required hardware.
